Free SXSW Film Events At George Washington Carver Museum & Cultural Center

Carver Museum and Cultural Center photoSouth by Southwest 2007 -- in conjunction with the Austin Parks and Recreation Department -- is launching a series of free-to-the-public Music, Film, and Interactive Festival events at the George Washington Carver Museum & Cultural Center located at 1165 Angelina Street (512-974-4926). Come to the Carver Backyard for a free feature film on Thursday, March 8th. Aspiring industry pros can attend free conference sessions in the Carver's Boyd Vance Theater. You can also find SXSW Interactive Festival programming and SXSW Music programming at the Carver Center during SXSWeek.
