Synopsis:
Guide Dog is a sequel to the Oscar nominated short Guard Dog. This time our hero dog helps blind people with typical disastrous results. Director's Bio:
Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Bill Plympton moved to New York City upon graduation from Portland State University and began creating cartoons for National Lampoon, The New York Times, and Playboy. In 1987 he was nominated for an Oscar for his first short film, Your Face. After producing many animated shorts, he turned his talents to features - since 1991 he's made 8 feature films, 5 of them animated. In 2005 he received his second Oscar nomination for the short film Guard Dog. | |
