Synopsis:
This 90-minute documentary captures the final month in the life of Lisa Lopes. Lopes rose to fame as the hip-hop voice of TLC, the best-selling female R&B group of all time. She documented her final days in journals and private home movies shot at her mysterious spiritual retreat deep in the jungles of Honduras. Director's Bio:
Lauren Lazin has directed, produced written and edited over forty documentaries for MTV and PBS. Her first feature film, Tupac: Resurrection was nominated for a 2005 Academy Award. Lazin currently Executive Produces documentary series for MTV, VH1, and Logo. | |
