Synopsis:
A girl pays her dead mother, whom she believes to be living in the Gulf of Mexico as a mermaid, a birthday visit.
Director's Bio:
Tara lives in New York with her daughter, Tali and two cats. She is currently completing her final semester in the graduate film program at New York University.
