Synopsis:
Hannah, a recent college graduate and aspiring playright, struggles to find happiness in her life through various relationships.

Director's Bio:
Joe Swanberg studied film production at Southern Illinois University, where he developed an interest in emerging video technology and a crippling addiction to the Internet. Hannah Takes the Stairs is his third feature in three years to premiere at the SXSW Film Festival, after Kissing On the Mouth (2005) and LOL (2006). He also created an episodic series, Young American Bodies, that can be viewed for free at Nervevideo.com.
