An incubator of new, cutting-edge technologies, the SXSW Interactive Festival is ground zero for the world's most creative web developers, designers, bloggers, wireless innovators and new media entrepreneurs. Stay ahead of the curve by attending this annual gathering of the brightest minds in emerging technology.

Panels at the 2007 event covered topics such as accessibility, advertising, blogging, business issues, content, creativity, design, entrepreneurial concerns, mobile technology, legal issues, online video, open source, podcasting, programming and usability.

If you have a great idea for a panel session for next year's event, then we want to hear from you. The 2008 panel submission process is open through Friday, July 20th. Ideas received will be posted on the Panel Picker beginning in August. This interface allows / encourage the online community to weigh in on which ideas are most appropriate for the 2008 event.

Stay Tuned for Updates on 2007 Panel Lineup

The SXSW Interactive Festival features some of the most creative thinkers in the world of emerging technology. Next spring's confab will ultimately feature more than 250 national and international new media experts -- stay tuned for daily updates on new confirmations. All speakers subject to change.

Also, be advised that SXSW Panel Picker voting has now closed. The Panel Picker gave the SXSW community an online interface to give feedback on which programming ideas are most appropriate for the 2007 event. If you submitted an idea to the Panel Picker, please hold tight -- we will be emailing you shortly. If you would like more information on how this Panel Picker worked, please email Hugh.
