Who's Your Favorite Son, God? are an avant-rock group out of Sacramento made up by Zac Nelson on drums (Faulouah, Princess Sweepstakes), Robbie Moncrieff (The Advantage) and Erik Woodard (cozy) playing guitar and baritone guitar.

They make spastic noise and free-jazz-esque rhythmic patterns that drift in and out of a pop sensibility and something akin to Weasil Walter's work.
Zac Nelson is a monster on the drums, screaming into a microhpone whacked out on cough syrup and shaving cream- errr.... he too knows how to use a line 6 delay pedal. Their debut LP "Out of Body Diva" is out on KDVS Recordings, "What is this??....It's Good!"-- Thurston Moore at my record store last summer.
