Grand Island has existed roughly two years. The
sound has evolved into a mesh of bluegrass, hardcore,
soul and rock n'roll, the musical background of its
five members - two pairs of brothers and a fifth.
Rumored to be rhythmic and energetic, the band's main
focus is on the melodies. The band has recently
released its debut CD "Say No to Sin' on the indie
label Racing Junior, based in Oslo, Norway. The album is being released in several other European countries this spring.
