Lesbian is composed of two members of Golgothan Sunrise and two members of The Abodox, two bands that have shared stages, practice spaces, and a scene for years. In early April of 2004 the 4 members of what would become Lesbian assembled five days prior to playing what they thought would be a one-off set with touring band Totimoshi at Seattle�s Funhouse. Due to overwhelming response from the crowd, the group began working overtime writing and refining material, and the project quickly became the main focus of the four musicians.

Two years later, Lesbian has played over 50 shows locally, amidst a busy rehearsal, writing, and recording schedule. Some notable acts they have shared the stage with include, Boris, Graves at Sea, Acid King, Torche, Subarachnoid Space, Akimbo, Ocean, and Bloodhag, to name a few. Lesbian have just completed their first full-length recording entitled Power Hor. With a total running time of 62-plus minutes, the album is a technical and progressive construction of epic proportions, encompassing a diverse range of influences including, but not limited to: Black Metal, Death Metal, Psychedelia, Thrash, Doom, and 70�s rock. The band plans to tour extensively in support of Power Hor and has already begun writing new mind-expanding material.
