Richard Earl - Ridin' All Night
Download   |   Stream
For years audiences in Beaumont and the surrounding Gulf coast areas have known that Richard Earl- the Houserocker- is one of the finest blues singers on the planet.

Richard Earl has shared the stage with a number of blues performers: Little Milton, Tyrone Davis, Barbara Lynn (she and Mr. Earl have performed together many times), ZZ Hill, Johnnie Taylor, and many others.

Richard Earls work with guitarist Ervin Charles on the Dialtone album(2001), Greyhound Blues, became a favorite of many blues playlists. Ervin Charles mentored both Lonnie Brooks and Long John Hunter and those players returned the favor by inviting Ervin Charles to perform on their Alligator record, Lone Star Shootout (1999).

Richard Earl also impressed those at the Utrecht Blues Festival in 2001 with his effortless blues phrasing. In the Houston Press, Roger Wood writes that, Earls straight from the pulpit inflections testifies with righteous fervor.

Here, for the first time, is Richard Earls newest recording, Its Raining and I Need Somebody. Eleven songs featuring Richard Earls inventive testifying blues power!
Richard is joined by his guitarist, Jack Ederly, along with Walter Daniels (Jack O'Fire, South Filthy) on harmonica and sax, Dan Hoekstra (former guitarist with the Sons of Hercules) on Bass, Trey Robles (former member of the Hard Feelings-played with Poison 13 at recent reunion)and Black Joe Lewis on guitar , as well.
