Born 1980 in Mass, Bisc Landed in CT some years after, and eventually climbed his way to NYC in �98. Music has always been the gas for his engine no matter what the sound. Thoughts have always run fast, and creativity always seemed to get the message across. Whether its beats and mics, pens and pads, or paint on walls creation is the force.

Sometime around �93 graffiti entered into the life of Bisc. Since that point the urban landscape of New York City had been the most intriguing of all backdrops. In �98 he relocated to Brooklyn to attend art school. His arrival in NY was accompanied by DJ skills that had already won him hometown titles through house parties and battles. In NY he organized with two MC�s who quickly turned him on to the world of word power.

Wordplay had been in the picture since the walls but it wasn�t until a few years before the escape to NY that he became serious with the craft. After years of writing on walls and making mixtapes the progression of personal recording was not a far-fetched concept. The tools once used to record other MC�s for his mixtapes had now become the platform upon which Bisc began to find his own voice.

This is not the beginning and far from an end for this individual. As he stays submerged in the world of independent hip hop, he can be found designing for such labels as Definitive Jux, Embedded Music, Nature Sounds, Eastern Conference and other quality driven hip hop labels, while at the same honing his own skills in the studio, on stage at open mics or rocking live shows in and around the East Coast. Only time will tell what is to be made of this dedicated, compassionate, open minded, and creative audio / visual artist.
