THE HOT PUPPIES consist of Becky Newman (vocals), Beth Gibson (vocals/keyboards/strings/theremin), Luke Taylor(guitars/vocals), Ben Faircloth (bass) and Bert Wood(drums). Formed in Aberystwyth, West Wales late in 2001, they are now based in Cardiff. They have gigged extensively
around the UK for the past two couple of years, including tours supporting Art Brut, The Crimea, The Grates and The Pipettes. After releasing a string of singles on various independent labels, their first album "Under The Crooked Moon" was released on Fierce Panda in 2006.
