Jay Reatard�s reputation began when he recorded the first Reatards single �Get Real Stupid� on buckets and broken guitars in his bedroom at the age 15. In the decade since, he has created amazing, uncompromising sounds in a variety of other projects including epic-synth-punkers Lost Sounds, the Bad Times with Eric Oblivian, and the Angry Angles. He's also produced records by the Ponys, Carbonas and Reigning Sound, among others.

Now, as a solo artist, Jay has produced a critically acclaimed LP that expertly mixes aggression and melody, in which jagged time slips from comfort to nightmare, all in pop song format.
