River City Rapists formed in 1997 in Austin, TX. It's line-up is made up of rock veterans John Wilson (Motards), Nick Oliveri (Queens of the Stone Age), Derek Myers (Mondo Generator), Doug Evans (Didjits), and Jay Gordan (Bulemics). They gained notoriety for their intense shows and controversy over their name. Releases included two full length albums "Love Hurts" on Junk Records in 1999 and "Feelin Groovy" on Man's Ruin records in early 2000. Disbanded in 1999. This will be a one time reunion show.
