STAR EYES (Syrup Girls, Trouble & Bass)

Star Eyes spans the spectrum of bass music, deftly mixing cutting-edge underground hits with dancefloor classics to make the crowd move. She started DJing 13 years ago (at the age of 15), and quickly became one of the youngest stars on the U.S. rave circuit.

Star Eyes has played around the world (including London, Paris, Toulouse, and Barcelona), on the 2000 Vans Warped Tour, and at special events for Diesel, Miss Sixty, Adidas, OM Records, and Vice Magazine. She is half of DJ duo Syrup Girls, a resident at the Mad Suspect and Cut parties, and a member of the Trouble & Bass crew. She has been featured in The New Yorker, NY Post, Urb, SF Examiner, Trace, Time Out, DJ Times, and on Showtime and the Fox Family Channel. Star Eyes has also done vocals on tracks from D&B producer John B (Beta Recordings), Passions (Kitsune), and Curses (Institubes). She is also the editor of XLR8R Magazine.
