Cornwell was the original guitarist, singer and main songwriter in 70�s/80�s UK Rock heavyweights The Stranglers. He enjoyed massive success with ten hit albums and twenty-one top forty singles in the 17-year period that he was in the band, including �Golden Brown� �No More Heroes� and �Always The Sun�. With seven critically acclaimed studio albums his current live release �Dirty Dozen� is receiving rave reviews on its release in Europe. Cornwell�s book 'The Stranglers: Song By Song' has been hailed as groundbreaking in it�s genre. 'Golden Brown' featured in Guy Ritchie�s blockbuster 'Snatch'; whilst �Peaches� opens the hit film �Sexy Beast�.
