Are You A SXSW Participant?

Carefully follow the step below that applies to you

· If you navigated here while in the process of registering online

you should minimize this window and return to the online registration and hotel reservation in progress.

· If you're not registered yet

you can register and book your hotel online now.

· If you're already registered or have been accepted as a panelist

you can book your hotel at the Registrants Online Directory.

· If you've been accepted to perform in the Music Festival

please refer to your acceptance letter for detailed instructions on how to book your hotel room. If you need asssistance with Artist Housing, please contact housing2@sxsw.com.
Note: Acceptance letters do not go out until the end of January 2007.

· If your film has been accepted for screening in the Film Festival

your acceptance letter includes specific instructions for booking a hotel. Contact the Film Festival if you need another copy of that letter.

· If you are a Trade Show Exhibitor

contact the SXSW Sales Department for a Booth Worker Reservation Form.
