Over 120 companies exhibit in the Music Trade Show to connect and promote with today's entertainment industry decision makers and talent. Thousands of SXSW Platinum and Music registrants plus hundreds of SXSW showcasing artists explore the Trade Show visiting with attorneys, educators, graphic designers, labels, managers, marketing agents, music equipment manufacturers, print media reprsentatives, performing rights organizations, PR agents, publishers and radio stations.

Entry to the SXSW Music Trade Show + Exhibition requires a SXSW Platinum badge, SXSW Music badge or SXSW Showcasing Artist Wristband.

Trade Show Features

While exploring the exhibits of the SXSW Music Trade Show + Exhibition, conference registrants observe one-on-one conversations and interview tapings at Studio SX sponsored by ME Television, drop by the SX Bookstore for book signings by industry notables plus artist meet and greets, relax and enjoy daytime showcases in the always open SESAC Day Stage Café, preview demos and press kits of showcasing artists at the Festival Preview Station, connect and learn from the indpendent lables participating at the Indie Village and take advantage of Special Events hosted at Exhibitors' booths.

SXSW Showcasing Artist Lounge

The Convention center's hopitality suite for showcasing artists is Presented by Thayers Natural Vocal Care. Complimentary beverages (including beer) and snacks are provided. Artists will find a comfortable lounge setting for relaxing, being interviewed or surfing the web and checking email on the lounge's computer.

Festival Preview Station

The Festival Preview Station, presented by Koss, provides conference registrants the opportunity to sit down and review the music and press kits of 2007 SXSW showcasing artists. Also available for viewing are the trailers of the SXSW Film Festival.

Sonicbids Email/Web Center

Now providing expanded access hours and two convenient locations to stop in periodically and check your email. Location #1 is on the Trade Show floor in space 07. Location #2 is in the foyer between the primary Trade Show entrance and Adobe Day Stage Café entrance.
